IMPORTANT INFORMATION

BEWARE: Receive a call from the IRS? It is Fraud.

I receive many calls from concerned people asking if a phone call they received was legitimate. The scammers say they received information from the IRS stating that their 'company' was liable for money because of that person.  The scammers tell them if the person doesn't deposit money right away into a 'Google Play' Account they are going issue a warrant for their arrest.  Some even say they will go to their employer.

This is a scam.  The IRS does not call you to inform you of such matters.  They always mail you a notice.

The IRS has also listed this scam and a few more on: https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/tax-scams-consumer-alerts

*****I was completely panicked about a letter I got stating that I owed the IRS $35,422.  To be honest, I put it away thinking 'what am i going to do about it anyway'...big mistake.  The next thing I know, my balance in my bank account is ZERO.  Yep, bastards took it all.  I called Ken and you know you have a pro because I felt much better after the first call. Handled it. Glad to write this review. 5 Stars. Jason B.,  Anaheim, CA

*****Yeah, I didn't file for too long. I was afraid of how much I'd owe. I called and spoke to Ken. Made it easy and I'm back in their graces now. Thank you. Dezi P, Halethorpe, MA

*I don't care how much the IRS wants or what you want to charge me, I don't believe the government has the right to collect money from ANY citizen. Show me where it's a law?  I called and Ken read my notice from the IRS and he said I only had a short time before they pull the money out of my bank account. That's all to scare people into paying them. Ken was alot but the IRS gets zero stars. Jim T. Kalamazoo, MI

*****I don't want to pay alot, Too much  money just to live. Ken got me deal. Ali K. Chicago, IL

****
I hired two other horrible 'tax firms'.  So how is it they missed the $122,000 that Ken got me reduced?  Should have found him first because they charged me let me see, like $25,000.  They didn't even do their job.  Paul H. Madison, WI

*****Ok so I'm not one to trust nobody yet alone right a review. I called Ken and he said I needed to take care of this damn issue I had with not filing for last 10 years. I didn't sign up right away and Ken kept calling me month in and month out. I said to myself, look at this guy trying to make his money.  So I picked up the phone and he told me that we are playing with fire waiting so long.  I thought he was playing, you think I'm lying? THEY TOOK $152,000 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, yall. Lester R. Torrance, CA

***
I was asked by Ken to send a bunch of documents the IRS needed. Who keeps information that long?  If I had to do the work then what's this for?  Anyway, that doesn't make me happy but I found them. Then the IRS said I was took to long  to get them in. Ken had to call them again to get them off my ass.  Cynthia D. Cleveland, OH

*****Would put more stars if I could, I am a cardiologist and well versed in these subjects. People that accel at business or finance have a knack that most of the public has little time for, myself included. And don't be fooled to think that because I make plenty of money that I have time for this because I do not. Just like I save people's lives on a daily basis, I can say Ken is doing the job of a doctor in finance. I owed $1.2m and better than my so called tax attorney that charged me $60,000 and counting, I still get billed. I was referred to Ken by a friend and that proved a wise counsel. David M. MD New York, New York

How much does a tax attorney cost and do you they have to be in Kansas?

Let me answer the second part first:

The IRS main offices that process many things is indeed located in Kansas.  But with many many more cases over the years the IRS has placed Regional offices that actually process cases so tax professionals can actually appeal in those locations. So Dorothy, you no longer need Kansas.

A tax attorney is what many people think is the right person they need when they have a tax related issue. And sometimes that is true, however in vast majority of cases a licensed Enrolled Agent is what they need.  They are able to handle just about any debt issue you might have and the use of an Enrolled Agent is far less expensive.
